ULCT: Structure & the Universal Law Roadmap
A single, merged reading of the two foundational documents — the ULCT Overview and the Universal Law Roadmap. What the Trust is, how its ministries operate, and how a living being moves from statutory presumption into lawful creditor standing.
Part one · Overview
What the Universal Law Community Trust is
ULCT is a private trust operating under Universal Law. It is not a statutory corporation, not a charity registered with a state administrator, and not a membership club. Its purpose is to hold lawful standing for living beings so that ministration — self-governance under natural and universal law — becomes practical again.
The Trust organises its work through ministries:
- Ministry of Remedies (MOR) — triages hardship: debt, repossession, family distress. Directs members into lawful procedure rather than statutory litigation.
- Treasury & Kindness Credits — issues and clears KC, the private cash-back instrument members exchange after AOC.
- Education & Outreach — publishes the briefings, decks and evidence archives, and runs community sessions.
- Field ministries — BBAM (asset stewardship), PPP (peaceful protection), MOR chapters (e.g. Arachova).
Every member enters through the same door: Assignment of Consent (AOC), followed by the Warranty Deed (ULCT ME WD) once identity and consent are on record. That is the restoration framework the Overview describes.
Part two · Roadmap
From sovereign filings to community settlement
The roadmap traces the lineage that gives ULCT its standing, and the operational path members follow inside it.

Sovereign filings — HM Govt · SEC · UCC
The lineage begins with public filings that establish the trust's standing under Universal Law and commercial record — not as a statutory corporation, but as a private trust operating in the public.

Debt–Equity Swap
Statutory debt is converted into equitable credit. The living being ceases to be the presumed debtor and takes the creditor position that always existed in law.

Living Beings as Creditors
Once the swap is on record, members hold creditor standing. Ministries of the Trust — MOR, Treasury, Education, Outreach — support them in exercising it peacefully.

Ministration, not ad-ministration
Members move from being administered (by presumption) to ministering (by lawful standing). AOC + Warranty Deed are the operational entry.

Kindness Credits · settlement · community
Value circulates as Kindness Credits, grounded in real contribution. The five-step Ministration path closes with settlement, restoration and community reinvestment.
Part three · Synthesis
How the Overview and the Roadmap fit together
- The Overview answers what ULCT is; the Roadmap answers how it operates in law and commerce.
- The ministries named in the Overview map directly to stages of the Roadmap — MOR at the Debt–Equity Swap, Treasury at Kindness Credits, Outreach at every public filing.
- The restoration framework (AOC → Warranty Deed → active membership) is the same path the Roadmap terminates in: ministration, not ad-ministration.
- Read together, the two documents remove the guesswork: a member can see both the structure they are joining and the lineage that gives it standing.
